Our goal is for the next generation to simply know “f-you” as “I forgive you.”

Forgiveness is not permission, or predisposed justification – it’s the release of detrimental feelings, thoughts and emotions that can consume us. F-You: The Forgiveness Project is an impassioned and inspiring event, featuring speakers who have overstepped the line between being a victim and being a survivor in the face of their own internal adversities.

— Tara Muldoon | Gravity Affect

F-You: The Forgiveness Project is a community outreach program spearheaded by Tara Muldoon and geared towards creating an understand of mental health.
