By now I am sure you would of seen the short trailer of the long-awaited Simpsons/Family Guy crossover. The trailer was aired at the 2014 Comic-Con over the weekend and the trailer was soon released online. Since the trailer was released more details regarding the crossover have been released, mainly the fact it will air on September 28th and be a 1-hour long special.
Twista keeps the momentum going nicely as he gears up to release his The Dark Horse album on August 12th. The latest release comes in visual form as he and Tia London join for the ‘It’s Your’s’ video which has a phantom of the opera theme.
To say it was a slow weekend would be an understatement, not alot of music was released over the last few days but Azaelia Banks did release some new music. ‘Heavy Metal & Reflective’ is the first release from her since her departure from Universal Records. Her debut album Broke With Expensive Taste which will now be released independently is coming later this year.

Promising Toronto producer Chef Byer has released his debut beat tape just in time for the weekend. Appropriately titled Weekend At Cheffie’s, the 11-track project includes OB OBrien’s “Steve Nash”, as well as local duo A-Game’s smash hit “Money Made Me Do It” and SonReal and Kardinal Offishall’s “Monday Night”.
